Chief Wellness Coach – Lt Col Riyaz Khan is passionate about fitness & helping people to achieve good health. His 21 years of acFve service in the Army has helped him in his Lifelong Fitness Challenge. He regularly takes part in Airtel Delhi Half Marathons. He is cer2fied on Sports & Fitness Nutri2on from VLCC. He has undergone programs in Art of Living, Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguis2c Programming etc. The team also includes other expert trainers Like Sahil, Simran, Manish, for YOGA, Aerobics, Nutri2on, Zumba etc.

This is a comprehensive program which aims at helping the par2cipants to enhance their overall wellness, and get the par2cipants to be fiWer, slimmer and more energe2c. The highlights of this program are>> -‐ Highly energizing Yoga / Aerobics sessions are held twice a week. -‐ All sessions start with 10 mins Warmups to include Walking /Stretching etc. -‐ Power Yoga > Power asanas for flexibility, back, abs, legs followed by Surya Namaskar,
Breathing exercises, Anulom Vilom, Kapal BhaF and Shavasana -‐ Aerobics > Intensive aerobics for cardiovascular fitness, strengthening and toning of arms, abs,
back. Skipping, 60 secs shu\le and other fun acFviFes are included -‐ Handouts > Every week one handout is given to the parFcipant containing important aspects
of diet / fitness / moFvaFon. -‐ Mo2va2on > We realise that moFvaFon is the most important part of a fitness quest. Hence
our trainers use a lot of moFvaFonal tools during the session. -‐ Weight and Waist check> Weight and waist measurements are taken every three weeks to
check the progress. -‐ Personal Counseling > ParFcipants in high risk BMI are given counseling. -‐ Sessions are held in office hours at the beginning of the day or towards the end.
