Focus Corporation – Application for Official Community Plan Amendment The applicant, Focus Corporation, is seeking an Official Community Plan (OCP) amendment to the parcel pictured in attached map and described as Lot B PGP35023. The intent is to change the land use designation from Medium Density Residential and Service Commercial to High Density Residential and General Commercial. This land use change is proposed to provide more affordable housing options in South East Fort St John.
