NARRATIVEMiddle Fork Energy Uinta, LLC submitted an application to purchase an easement for a proposed pipeline on May 17, 2021.The proposed pipeline will be a buried 8-inch pipeline to transport produced water for disposal. The pipeline will originate at theexisting RW #44-164 well pad on Trust lands and terminate at the existing CPF 27A well pad on Bureau of Land Management("BLM") lands. Because the pipeline will convey unit and non-unit product, Middle Fork has requested this easement. Theproposed easement is approximately 1,336.63 feet long and 30 feet wide, containing approximately 0.92 acre. The requestedterm is 30 years. Also requested is a 20-foot-wide temporary construction easement for a total construction width of 50 feet.

The application was submitted for Trust review on May 19, 2021, and was accepted by the Director on June 17, 2021.

The project area has been surveyed for cultural resources by Certus Environmental Solutions (U21HY0321). The Trust'sarchaeology staff has reviewed the report. No cultural resources were located. The BLM - Vernal Field Office is the lead federalagency for cultural consultation. They have made a finding of "No Historic Properties" for the undertaking.

The project area has been surveyed for paleontological resources by Outlaw Engineering (2021-154). No paleontologicalresources were located in the affected project area.

Because the proposed easement falls within areas previously reviewed by the Resource Development Coordinating Committee("RDCC"), it is exempt from further review by the RDCC.

FINANCIAL/REVENUEThe application fee of $750.00 and the easement rental assessment of $1,710.00 have been submitted.

No eligible sites were located in the affected project area, and the easement has been cleared for culturalresources with a finding of "No Historic Properties Affected."

The proposed easement was sent to the Resource Development Coordinating Committee ("RDCC"), and the Tooele CountyCommission for review on March 17, 2021. No comments were received.
