1 Free water and electricity to be provided NID will provide electricity upon special request from contractor @0.5% of contract value, Contractor shall take power from the available panel at their own cost through proper protection arrangement. Only supply from Electricity board will be provided to contractor. In case of power failure, contractor shall arrange the electricity on their own. No claim to contractor or any account of idling & including extension of time will be eligible and this shall not be considered if NID is not able to supply the power. Recovery of electricity charges will be made in each RA bill by EPI & replenished to NID in each case. The contractor shall have the option and discretion of taking electricity power from NID or arranging themselves. It is also advised that the option shall be exercised by contractor upon due diligence and evaluation of the requirement. However, water is to be arranged by the contractor on their own.
2 GPR Survey to be in whose scope Bidders have to assess the cost GPR survey, Bidders to be consider cost while Quoting. Shifting of services if so required upon GRP Survey shall be in the scope of Contractor and assessment of quantity of these works will be jointly done by contractor, EPI & NID. Such works shall be separately paid to contractor as per cl. 69 of GCC.

18 Note: 1) Upon demolition & striping of plaster in existing of staff quarter there is possibility of additional work like retrofitting, rebarring, strenghting of structure etc. all these works or any other work required to be done for satisfactory completion of work the same shall be in the scope of contractor. However assessment of quantity of these works will be jointly done by contractor, EPI & NID. Such works shall be separately paid to contractor as per cl. 69 of GCC. 2) Property and premises of NID occupied, utilized by contractor for any purpose like storage of Material, Site establishment, enabling work etc. shall be fully removed and recovered to original for handing over to client i.e. NID upon completion and handing over of work.

18 The contractor who have submitted tender on 16-2-16 need not submit the Technical Bid again. They shall submit only the revised Price-Bid and hence the rice Bid submitted on 16-2-16 shall be considered void
Bidders should submit Revised Price Bid / BOQ and all corrigendum documents, Clarification duly signed and stamped
19 The value of the revised Security deposit is decreased if contractor wish to continue with the BG submitted in the tender submitted on 16-2-2016 it is fine as the amount of that BG id more than the amount of BG with revised estimate of tender to be sumitted on 14-3-2016.
The query seems to be about EMD not Security deposits. If valid EMD is enclosed with the tender already submitted the same will be considered. Validity of EMD should be as per revised submission date.
