Bidder must quote the price in enclosed Price Schedule formats only. The formats shall not be changed and/or retyped. For any deviation to the price schedule format, offer is liable for rejection.
Quoted price are firm and fixed till complete execution of the entire order. Also valuation on account of Foreign Exchange rate are not to be payable extra.As per Clause 171 of GST Act it is mandatory to pass on the benefit due to reduction in rate of tax or from input tax credit to the consumer by way of commensurate reduction in prices. The Supplier of Goods / Servicesmay note the above and quote their prices accordinglyBidder confirm that he has noted the contents of the preamble to the price schedule, price schedule, bid document, material requisition and quoted his prices accordingly without any deviation.
Details of itemwise designated delivery locations are given in the Document enclosed with MR. The Bidder is advised to quote single freight charges in the respective column of price schedule irrespective of number of designated locations of storage yard.
Bidders must submit this document No. (PA01) duly signed and stamped with both unpriced & priced offer.
All the Columns of quoted items in the price schedule including currency must be filled with required information, as applicable.
All the coated pipes shall be delivered to Warehouse location as per MR. The prices shall be including of establishment and maintenance of ware house as specified in MR.
Bidder to clearly indicate 'Quoted' / 'Not Quoted' against each Sr. No. in the price column (Column No. 4) in the unpriced Price Schedule. Bidders to submit Price part of above Price schedule in their Priced Bid and Unpriced part with the Unpriced Bid.
PREAMBLE TO PRICE SCHEDULE FOR SUPPLY OF BARE / COATED LINE PIPES
Bidder shall furnish prices/details as above, in accordance with clause 12 of ITB
Unit ex-warehouse price at column (4) shall be all inclusive and nothing extra shall be payable by the owner except for variation in Customs Duty and statutory levies as stipulated in the Bidding Document.
DOCUMENT NO. PA01
Bidder shall furnish built-in CIF value against each quoted item, giving details of description of goods, qty. rate of Custom Duty etc. in attached Format-"CIF/CD ".Bidder shall quote itemwise same price for supply of pipes from different mills (if applicable) . Different/Optional prices are not acceptable.
If Bidder desires to quote in two currencies i.e. home currency + US$/EURO/INR. The same can be indicated under specified columns in Price Schedule e.g. US $ 2000 + INR 50,00,000.
Scope of Supply including testing, Inspection, documentation etc., shall be strictly as per MaterialRequisition and Bidding Document.
