• Each year one trillion US dollars ( 40 lac crore rupee) is lost in bribe and other forms of corruption around the world.

• We pay bribe for the job we are qualified for

• We are forced to pay bribe to get our children into schools

• We are forced to pay a bribe for access of basic medical care that should be available for us

• One year paid as bribe could feed 400 million starving

people for the next 27 years.

Who encourages them?

• It is None but us!

• For passport• For Drivers license• For water connection• To hush traffic violation

• WHO ENCOURAGES IT?

• WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?

• Our generation can give the greatest gift to mankind if we take the righteous Path!

• It may be long• It may take time• It may means patience• But we citizens have the power to change the

system.• We have tools like RTI and development pact in

our side• Let us use it for the good of the people around

us.

Stand up Against Corruption and Terrorism

Art of Living in association with United Nations Millennium Campaign and

Transparency International will strive to mobilize citizens to take concrete action

for achieving the Millennium Development Goals.

• In 2007, 6.5 million people stood up against poverty

• In 2008, 9.6 million saplings were planted and 10.6 million people stood up against

poverty
