Incentive earning period is August 1, 2015 – February 28, 2016. Incentive trip is scheduled for 5 days, 4 nights at the end of April or first of May. Final date will be announced through ZebraNET. Sales Volume: Same guidelines as commissions in the career plan. Personal Sponsor: Must be personally enrolled, must qualify with $500 in personal sales in their first 30 days or no later than February 28 whichever is greater and may not have terminated or resigned during incentive period. Personal or Level 1 Promotions: Must be Executive Consultant or higher, must be personally enrolled, and must qualify for promotion by February 28, 2016. Bonus points: Will be assigned at the conclusion of the incentive dates. Trip is for the Consultant (and guest if earned) and includes airfare from nearest airport. Air travel will be arranged by Pink Zebra. Travel expenses to and from airport are the responsibility of the award winner. Consultants are responsible for having a valid passport and will not be allowed to travel without one in their possession. Incentive awards are not transferable nor have a cash value if award is not accepted. Consultants may buy in a guest for $1,165 + actual airfare cost. (Buy-in guest must not be another Consultant unless spouse or partner.) Guest must be 18 years of age to attend and earns same benefits as Consultant who earned the trip. Consultants are eligible for only one incentive level. iPad, laptop or Pink Dollars will be processed no later than April 30, 2016. Anyone who is working toward or has already qualified for a trip must commit by January 10, 2016 if they plan to accept the trip (even if they have not fully earned at that point) and if they accept but later cancel will not be awarded one of the consolation awards (iPad, computer or Pink Dollars). Consultants must be in good standing and any termination will void the incentive. All award earners will receive a 1099 for the retail value of the earned incentive. Pink Zebra reserves the right to audit any information with regard to the incentive and has the right to disqualify a Consultant from the incentive if tampering or fraud has occurred. All incentive qualifications, specifications, prizes and details are subject to change at the discretion of Pink Zebra. All qualification decisions are final and will be made by Pink Zebra.
