For 25 years Fermob has created beautiful, colourful garden furni-ture; with a changing palette of 24 vibrant colours and a dedica-tion to authentic design and quality products.
While many of the old favourites such as the hand forged 1900 range are still strong sellers, there are new and innovative products coming each year from both the Fermob design studio and their collaboration with international designers. With the recent addi-tion of an accessories range, Fermob ticks all the boxes for both private and commercial use.
We recently launched a Fermob Australia Facebook page; with this we hope to bring a little French joie de vivre to you by sharing the Fermob story.
Fermob has been distributed exclusively by Cotswold Furniture around Australia since 2001.

Fermob’s philosophy embraces the im-agination by offering 24 colours – metal, fresh, contemporary, sparkling or classic.

At the factory in Thoissey, northeast of Lyon, Fermob has one of the most ef-ficient in-house painting lines in Europe. The brand can thus control its finishes and ensure consistently high-quality application.

The Fermob 13,500m2 factory is a state of the art facility at the crossroads of the Beaujolais and Burgundy regions.
There are 500,000 pieces of furniture produced each year, by 200 staff on rotating shifts. nearly 50% of which are female and the average age is 46.
For over 30 years the 1900 range has been manually forged, ensuring the skills of the forger are not lost even whilst the other machinery makes technological leaps and bounds.
In 2011 it was awarded ISO 14001 certification. 100% of the steel used is recycled, 100% of the waste is recycled and the paint line is zero waste.
Each product receives Dynamic testing where the seat has 50,000 blows at 100kg and the back rest 50,000 blows at 33kg and Static testing where 10 blows at 200kg are held over a long period. They also test for corrosion resistance and elongation on fabric.

50% deposit is required upon confirmation of order, remainder being due prior to delivery.
The title or ownership remains the property of Cotswold Furniture Pty Ltd until the invoice is paid in full.
Lead and delivery times are estimated only.
Cancellation of order may incur loss of deposit.
Moving furniture from the original delivery address may void any guarantee.
Please alert our staff within 7 days of purchase if you have any concerns regarding your order.
Should you find after receiving your order, that you have chosen the wrong product or colour, please do not use the item. We may be able to exchange it if it is unused (this does not apply to cushions) but will not be able to do this if the furniture has been used or if you have not alerted us within 7 days.
Above all, we are always here to give advice and help where needed. Please contact us and discuss any questions you may have as there might be a very simple solution.

The Fermob Guarantee Charter
All Fermob furniture protected with the High Protection Treatment is guaranteed for one year against corrosion or other forms of deterioration. (Products in this category include, Bistro Metal Folding Chair, Bistro High Stool and High Table, Bistro Folding Tables all sizes, Luxembourg Kid’s Table, Origami Bench, Sixties Low Table).
All Fermob furniture protected with the Very High Protection Treatment is guaranteed for three years against corrosion or other forms of deterioration.
The Fermob guarantee does not cover the following:
• Any damage arising from insufficient care, or from non-compliance with the supplied instructions and advice for receiving, assembling, using, maintaining and storing Fermob furniture.• Rings or stains undeclared on unpacking (including stains related to the humidity retention + heat combination).• General wear and tear or natural fading of the materials used.• Corrosion originating from scratches or abrasions that result from general wear and tear and which cannot be removed via standard cleaning and maintenance processes.• Minor spots of rust under table tops and seats or on bases. These are a natural outcome of the material used (iron).• The corrosion of stainless-steel parts due to use in a confined, chlorinated environment.• The corrosion of steel furniture, including stainless-steel, as a result of direct use in seafront.• Any changes in the visual appearance of wood that are directly linked to ageing. As wood is a living material, the appearance of its surface evolves naturally over time.• Like the furniture, Fermob accessories (cushions, spike-lights, rugs etc.) are designed to last, based on a careful selection of materials.
Hence: Acrylic textiles and PVC are guaranteed for 1 year against UV, wear and tear, mould and tearing. The reticulated foam stuffing is also guaranteed against mould for 1 year. All metal accessories are supplied with a high protection treatment which is guaranteed against cor-rosion and other forms of deterioration for 1 year subject to the same conditions and exclu-sions as furniture.
Deterioration caused by failure to observe storage and maintenance instructions, is not covered by the guarantee.
The guarantee will be honoured only upon presentation of the invoice for the purchase of
the product concerned and only through a Fermob retailer.
