Goal

• To be consistent with our strategic approach in making balanced and responsible investments in building up our community.

• Continue increased capital spending.

• Continue record investment in roads, sewers, and infrastructure.

• Enhance and invest in our community assets.

Our Balanced Approach • Since 2004 we have maintained a balanced

approach to our City budgeting process.

• Our plan has focused on 4 Fundamental
