What is a School Counselor??
• An adult to talk with about problems you are having that are getting in the way of being a successful student.
• Assists students with grades, organization, promotion, conflict mediation, etc.
• Advocates for YOU and helps you advocate for yourself!

What do I need to do to get promoted to the high school?
Students must successfully pass:• 3 years of Math• 3 years of Social Studies (Pass Civics and EOC)• 3 years of Language Arts• 3 years of Science• Successfully complete career component
How Do I Pass a Class??
In order to pass a class, students need to acquire 4 points in that subject over the course of the year.
A = 4 points
B = 3 points
C = 2 points
D = 1 point
F = 0 points
