Normandie Park in Exeter has been sold. The 84 hectare property comprises a six bedroom main

residence and a three bedroom cottage known as Normandie Cottage. The grand homestead was designed by award winning architects Allen Jack+Cottier. The property has been a holiday home and receives a good income, according to One Agency, which secured the sale. Cooliatta in Burradoo is for sale via expressions of interest. The four bedroom, two bathroom

house sits on 2.6 hectares. Situated at 10 Railway Road, this majestic c1880 full brick residence with slate roofing is surrounded by an expansive age-old garden. F45 founder Rob Deutsch has bought himself a weekender in the Southern Highlands. He’s spent $4.8 million

on the Burradoo trophy home Patchway, which had been for sale for nearly two years before Deutsch secured the keys from Ray White’s Michael Maloney and Gene Fairbanks. The home had been owned by Ed Blackadder, former managing director of merchant bank

Hambros, and his wife Elaine since 2014. They paid $4.175 million. Deutsch, a former equities trader, founded F45 in 2013 with personal trainer Luke Istomin.

Eden Farm in Exeter has been listed with a $1.395 million price guide. Situated at 301 Sallys Corner Road,

the six bedroom, two bathroom house is set on 2.02 hectares, minutes from one of the Highlands’ most desirable villages. The property, listed by Hindmarsh and Walsh, boasts a spacious, environmentally sustainable mud-brick farmhouse, a self-contained one-bedroom cottage, plus a light-filled studio/home office with private deck. The farm includes an organic vegetable garden, a glasshouse, citrus orchard, pizza oven and a 28,000 litre underground rainwater tank.

Celebrity hairdresser Joh Bailey and his champion equestrian partner Michael Christie have found their

next Southern Highlands renovation project. The purchase follows their $3.5 million-plus sale of the 12 hectare estate at nearby High Range, Wide Acre. Bailey, who opened a salon in Bowral in 2015, bought Wide Acre for $2.05 million in 2016. The duo have spent $1.225 million on a 23 hectare holding at Canyonleigh which has a ramshackle three-bedroom timber cottage. They plan to redevelop the estate, including a Ralph Lauren style two-level barn. It is currently an organic orchard, fed by bore water.

Gilden Bough in Mittagong has been listed without a price guide. The four bedroom, two bathroom

abode is situated at 53 Oxley Drive. Rick Mooney of Ray White is marketing the house. Set on 2188sqm, it is on the northern slope of Mt Gibraltar with views to Mt Alexandra and Mittagong township. Sitting within new and established gardens, the home is within walking distance of village shops, cafes, exclusive schools and fabulous walking trails. Channel 7 Sunrise co-host Sam Armytage has secured a $3.1 million off-market sale of her

Burrawang weekender. The cottage last sold for $2.2 million three years ago. It was known as Pear Tree Cottage on purchase but was renamed Churchill during her ownership. The two hectare property, which sold through Di Dixon at Belle Property Bowral, has an open-plan kitchen and dining area overlooking paddocks with post-and-rail fencing.

weatherboard. The designer three- bedroom home sold after 55 days on the market after a price adjustment to $2.65 million by McGrath Bowral agent Anne Stone. The property features gas and wood fireplaces and a large gas kitchen with Wolf appliances. The polo playing Kennedy-Green, who has been with McGrath for 23 years, bought the 4100sqm home for $2.15 million in 2016. The prior owners were creative couple Michael Lynch and Patsy Peacock. Kennedy-Green will make Mudgee his home base, on a 365 hectare rural property with a Santa Gertrudis breeding herd.

Bowral’s historic Menabillie Manor, designed by famous Australian architect Aaron Bolot, has been

listed. The house has suspended concrete flooring, three-metre ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling double glazed windows to maximise the views over Bowral and the distant hills of Kangaloon. Set on 5646sqm, the property is located minutes from the centre of Bowral. The five bedroom, five bathroom abode was built for the late Reginald Lynam, a 1960s/70s racehorse owner who had numerous winners in partnership with trainer Tommy Smith.
