Archaeologist Scott Gallimore takes the audience on a global survey of ancient sites: from the Toba super

eruption of 70,000 years ago, to Bronze Age European sites, to the mystery cloud of A.D. 536, to Ceren in

El Salvador (around A.D. 600), to the Tambora eruption of 1815 in Indonesia and early modern eruptions in

Iceland.

MOCCASINS AND MORE Students will work with Glenn to make a pair of deer hide moccasins in the traditional Ojibway way from scratch. You will be shown how to select leather, size, mark, cut and punch hides for assembly. Work systematically over the course of each session to assemble the moccasins including insoles, vamps and cuffs. P.L.A.R. Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition

Finish your high school diploma – you may be closer than you think!

The number of credits you require for Grade 12 depends on your age, your past

education and employment, and other prior learning experiences.

An Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) requires 30 secondary school

This program may help you to reach your educational objectives.
