Class Prep

Please arrive 15 minutes before class

Make arrangements for the door to be unlocked

Organize chairs and make sure there are spare lessons and pens handy for students with no manual

Be sure there is good air circulation so the room is not stuffy or hot

Class Prep Pt. 2

Manuals for each Registered Student

Each manual includes a course syllabus and attendance card

Ask for attendance card & initial where you taught

Also if there is homework due on the day you are scheduled to teach please verify that student answered questions and check it off

Class Lessons

Class lessons are broken down into 3 categories:

Personal Growth Classes

Church Foundations Classes

Kingdom Living Classes

Pointers for lessons

Try not to read the lesson to them but highlight the main points

Ask if there are any questions at the end of each section

Having students read a scripture for everyone to fill in the blanks will keep the class interactive

Note: all lesson scriptures are King James Version (have a KJV bible available if students dont have one to read from)

Monitor your time to be sure you finish going over the lesson before class is scheduled to end

You can use the review questions at the end to open discussion or to verify that the class has gotten the main points of the lesson

We will go over some teaching points specifically for each lesson category in the other orientation shows
