• Depart for Charlotte, NC, with rest stops and lunch and dinner on your own en route• Check-in at the Hampton Inn Charlotte North/Lake Norman with the remainder of the evening at your leisure

Day Two- Friday, May 25• Breakfast at the hotel• Tour Charlotte Motor Speedway normally off limits on race days, take a tram tour inside the track and see the

preparations that must be made to stage a NASCAR Event• Arrive at Hendrick Motorsports for a shop and museum tour. Home of Jimmie Johnson, Chase Elliott and other

young NASCAR stars. Box lunch included before a tour of the Roush-Fenway Racing facility• A behind the scenes tour at Racing Electronics of how the headsets are made that are used by crew chiefs and

drivers for communication during the race, with a stop at the Chip Ganassi Racing shop and Stewart-Haas racing facility

• Visits to Curb Motorsports Museum and the Dale Earnhardt Memorial Plaza, with a southern BBQ dinner at R & R Barbeque

Day Three- Saturday, May 26• Breakfast at the hotel• NASCAR Infinity Series The Hisense 4K TV 300• Return to the hotel after the race

Day Four- Sunday, May 27• Breakfast at the hotel• Self-guided tour at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, which is approximately 150,000 square feet and features more

than 40,000 square feet of exhibit space showcasing hands-on exhibits, video interactives, moving memorials, educational learning opportunities and authentic artifacts telling the story of NASCAR.

Information Detail DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT AGREEMENT: $150.00 deposit per person with reservation. Final balance is due 45 days prior to departure. RAIN DELAY/POSTPONEMENT: In the event of a delayed or postponed Race due to weather, we will depart after the race on either the day of the delay, or the next day after the race.CANCELLATION AND REFUND AGREEMENT FOR NASCAR TOURS: Cancellations on all overnight tours received inside 45 days of departure will be charged the $100 non-refundable deposit plus the cost of any non-recoverable charges on overnight tours. TRIP CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE: Is not required, but is encouraged and available to purchase at an additional charge.
