New rules in Australia.
After 25 March 2020
There are more new rules in Australia.
It is to slow down COVID - 19.
These rules are as well as the rules in
Step 1 Lockdown.

Space between us
This must be all the time.
This space must be
• 2 big steps
• every way you look.

Step 2 Lockdown
Stay at home
Only go out to
• buy food
• to pick up take away
or
• go to the doctor
• care for another person

• go to work.
You can go for a walk or run. It must be
• in your local area
• by your self
or
• in a small group.
Do not do things with lots of other
people at home. Like
• do not have a BBQ with all your family
• do not have a birthday party
• do not have a house party.

Work from home when you can.
Who is a needed worker?
This is also called an essential worker.
Anyone with a job.

Outside
It must be less than 10 people
Everyone must have their space.

In a fish and chip shop

• 2 staff

• 1 staff out the back.

All these places are closed too.
Food courts in shopping centres.

You can buy take away from them.
Out door markets
In door markets
Each state may have different rules.

Food markets will be open. Like

Places you go for beauty service. Like
• beauty shop
• tan
• wax
• nails
• spa and massage parlours.
And
Tattoo shops.

Hair dressers will be open.
Barbers will be open.
Theatres .
Concert halls.
Large public places.
Amusement parks.
Arcade games shop.
Indoor play centres.
Outdoor play centre.

Swimming pools.
Social sport. Like a group in the park.
Health clubs.
Fitness clubs.
Yoga centres
Barre classes.
Spin clubs.

Boot camps are OK. It must be a small group.
Personal training is OK.
Remember
Have space for every one.

Bathhouse
Wellness centres

Galleries.
Museums.
National places. Like War Memorials.
On Anzac Day there will be
• no ANZAC day marches
• no public ANZAC day services.
Libraries.

Clubs. Like RSL
Community Centres
Live house auctions
You will need to meet with the agent.
There will be no Open for Inspections.
Places that sell used things. Like furniture.
These are called Auction Houses.

Weddings
Only the 2 people

The person who marries them

No party after the wedding.

Funerals
It must be less than 10 people.
Remember to have space for everyone.
Do not meet in a group after the funeral.

You can not travel out of Australia.
Only some people can do this. Like
you need to go for work.

You can ask to go to family when
• they are very sick
• when they die. You may be able to go.
But
COVID - 19 is all over the world.
Most countries will say no to you coming.
