the online "MyChart" portal.
To access or setup your MyChart
account:

Call 888-727-2017 to sign up
The results will show either:
"not detected" (negative)
"out of range" (positive)
When Will I Receive My Results?
It may take up to 5 days to receive your
results.
If your results are positive, you'll receive
a call from St. Joseph Hospital.
If You Are Symptomatic:
Stay home and monitor your health
to help protect your friends, family,
and others, especially people who
are at higher risk from possibly
getting COVID-19 from you.
If you've been in contact with
someone with COVID-19, stay home
and away from others for 14 days
after your last contact with him/her.
If You Are Asymptomatic, But Have
Been Exposed to COVID-19:
Continue to watch for symptoms of
COVID-19. Remember, symptoms
may appear 2-14 days after
exposure and can include:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty
breathing
Tiredness
Headache, Muscle or body
aches
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat or Congestion
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
If Your Results are Positive...
Stay home and follow CDC guidance
on steps to take if you are sick. If you
are a healthcare or critical worker,
notify your work of your test result.
If your results are positive, you will
receive a call from St. Joseph
Hospital.
If Your Results are Negative...
If you have symptoms, seek medical
advice about staying home and if you
need to get tested again. If you don't
have symptoms, you should get
tested again only if your medical
provider and/or workplace tells you
to. Make sure to take steps to protect
yourself and others.
