Ancillary task research
Introduction The task is to define what a poster is and how different it is to an advert. A poster is a way of advertising a product to the audience giving them a general idea on what they can expect the product to be like when its released, this is usually done through images of the product.A poster has one still collages of things that would be seen in a film and a advert usually consists of clips from the film.By finding these conventions it will give us a good description of conventions that need to be used when it comes to making my own production poster, this will help me as it will show what needs to be added in order for the audience to be entertained by my own poster.
