Panic was the theme of the past week. Our executive team compared the current progress with our past progress, and realized that we were not as far as we expected to be. After building a schedule of our time, our team got down to work. This week was dedicated to finalizing designs for our robots subsystems, where groups from Design and Manufacturing have spent the last few days glued to CAD software making sure each component is free of flaws and can work to the best of its abilities. Our team has also spent the past few days to manufacture and build part of the robot. It is all the electrical division can do to match D&M’s fervent pace and wire all these parts. It is certainly a difficult part of the season, however, Team 610 has never shied away from a challenge.
