CPPP NEWSLETTER Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) of Government of India is operational since 2012. It provides a single point access to all the tendering information on various procurements made across all central government organizations in the country. It facilitates :ePublishing Publishing of tender enquiries & award details. Bids are invited offline, XML Facilitates publishing of tender information of other system and eProcurement which is facilitated through - Government eProcurement System of NIC, GePNIC©. 28 States and Union Territories across the country are using GePNIC 2 nd National Workshop on CPPP was conducted on 21 st Jan 2019 at New Delhi Workshop was inaugurated by Shri Girish Chandra Murmu, OSD Expenditure cum Secretary Designate, DoE and Key Note Address was delivered by Shri Ajay Sawhney, Secretary, MeitY. Dr Neeta Verma, DG NIC , Sh Sanjay Prasad, JS PFC II, Ministry of Finance and Sh Nagesh Shastri , DDG & HoG eProcurement were the dignitaries on the dias. During the workshop CPP Portal 2.0 with enhanced features was launched and Annual Report 2017-2018 on CPPP was also released. Awards were given to best performing Central /State & PSU procuring entities in different categories. Talks by eminent users across Central Government, State Governments and Central Public Sector entities and Panel Discussion were highlights of the day. • Ministry of Defence organized a two day training

program on eProcurement system for the Master

Trainer of Defence eProcurement Portal at ISTM,

New Delhi.

• Training organized on eAuction for the officials of

“Pune Municipal Corporation Department”.

• One day training on eProcurement at CSIR-HRDC

(Human Resource Development Centre) Ghaziabad -

Ministry of Science and Technology

• Training on eProcurement to officials of “ Research

Centre imarat-DRDO” at NIC, Hyderabad

• One day training delivered on CPPP eProcurement for

the officials of “National Informatics Centre Services

Incorporated” at NICSI, New Delhi

for the officials of “Food Corporation of India” at

Gurugram.
