CPS manufactures complete range of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Wireline set Permanent andRetrievable Packers. These Packers are tested and stimulated to suit virtually for any operatingenvironmental conditions.Permanent Packers are tested to 15 500 PSI and Retrievable Packers to 13 000 PSI.

Mechanical LinerHanger

Hydraulic Liner Hanger

In hydraulic type we set the hanger by applying pressure through therun-in string, and is designed to support medium to heavy liner loads.The hanger is widely used in deep and high angle wells, whereactuation of mechanical-set hangers may not be preferred.Hydraulic liner hanger is couple with running tools, pack off bushing,hydraulic landing collar, float collar(if required), float shoe and othertools.

Mechanical Liner Hanger

The Mechanical Dovetail Slip Hanger (MDLH & MRDLH) is a premiumhanger with an integral body. The hanger mandrel is machined fromheavy wall mechanical tubing and treated to the required grade.Integral construction eliminates all internal connections which providemaximum pressure ratings and liner hanging capacity.

Hydraulic Landing Collar

The hydraulic landing collar has an internal ball seat, and is run witha Hydraulic Liner Hanger. The HLC is run two or three joints from theshoe, and is used to land the Liner Wiper Plugs (LWP). The LWPprovides a pressure seal from above and below and are easily PDCdrillable.

Mechanical Landing Collar

The mechanical plug landing collar (MPLC) is run two or three jointsfrom bottom, and is used to land the Liner Wiper Plug (LWP). TheLWP provides a pressure seal that holds pressure from above andbelow and are easily PDC drillable.

Drillable Pack Off Bushing

The drillable pack-off bushing (DPOB) is a high pressure, hightemperature pack-off used when working with high angle well bores.The DPOB has chevron type packing that seal tightly around thepolished Cementing Seal Joint.The DPOB hold pressure from above and below and is not damagedfrom rotation during setting and releasing of liners.

Tie Back Seal Nipple

The tieback seal nipple (TBSN) has proven to be a superior methodof extending the liner to the surface of the well. Using the polishedbore receptacle of the Setting Collar (SC) or the Liner Lap Packer(LLPH) packer, this assembly facilitates the entry and subsequentseal of the nipple into the bore.

Float Equipment

Single Valve Float Collar (SVFC) and the Double Valve Float Collar (DVFC)acts as an extra back pressure valve sealing against pressure from belowwhen floating in a liner or casing. The positive action, back pressure balland seat valve constructed of thermal plastic ensures a secure seal. TheSVFC or DVFC have no internal connections and is highly resistant toabrasive fluids, corrosion, and temperature.

The Double Valve Float Shoe, Spaded Nose (DVFS-SN) features backpressure valves and a spaded nose with circulating side ports. The sideports are used when liners are set on bottom, this improves cementingoperations. The DVFS-SN is easily PDC drillable.

Drill Pipe Wiper Plug

The DPWP with Rotation Prevention Clutch on the nose of the plug lands,and locks in place in the seat of the liner wiper plug. The plugs then land,latch, and seal in the landing collar.

Liner Wiper Plug

The Liner Wiper Plug (LWP) with Rotation Prevention Clutch on the noseof the plug lands and locks in place in the seat of the landing collar. Boththe DPWP and the LWP act to hold pressure from above and below.

Float Collar

Float collar is installed one or three joints above guide shoe or floatshoe. It works as landing platform for cementing plug during thecementing operation. The area between float collar and float shoecontains semi-contaminated fluid collected through wiping action ofcementing plug, during the float shoe against the contaminated fluid.CPS provides float collar ranging from 2-7/8" to 20". Other sizes can beprovided on request.Float collar can be provided with single/double valve, stab in/stab inlatch, non-cement filled (for size upto 4-1/2"), cement filled etc.

Float shoe performs all the functions which a guide shoe performs, inaddition a one way check valve is assembled inside it which preventsbackflow of fluid inside the casing after cement placement in annuluswhile it allows circulation down through the casing.CPS provides float shoe ranging from 2-7/8" to 20". Other sizes can beprovided on request.Float shoe can be provided with single/double valve, stab in/stab inlatch, non-cement filled (for size upto 4-1/2"), cement filled, differentnoses and port combinations etc.

Reamer Shoe

Reamer Shoe is float shoe designed for potentially difficult wellbores having obstructions,swelling shales, ledges, etc.

Spiral Vanes – For Non aggressive reaming action. It reduces torque build up on threadconnections.

Carbide Tips – For Tight Spots. These tips are provided in Hard Die Steel and Carbidematerial.

Eccentric Nose– For guiding casing to total depth while running in hole.

Drillability– PDC Drillable.

Cementing Plugs are used for wiping out the Inner wall of casing string and minimizecontamination of cement slurry. There are two types:

• Conventional Cementing Plugs• Non-Rotating Cementing plugs

CPS provides cementing plugs ranging from 4-1/2" to 13-3/8". Other sizes can be provided onrequest.

Conventional Cementing Plugs feature rubber finsto wipe out inner wall of casing string. The fins havegreater wiper contact area with greater wearresistance. The area between float collar and floatshoe contains semi-contaminated fluid collectedthrough wiping action of cementing plug.

Non-Rotating Cementing Plugs

Non-rotating Cementing Plugs feature rubber finsto wipe out inner wall of casing string. The Non-rotating insert in bottom plug latches in non-rotating profile in float shoe/collar. The Non-rotating insert in top plug latches in non-rotatingprofile in bottom plug. This action prevents rotationof plug and considerably reduces drilling time.

Pup joints

A pup joint is a pipe of non-standard length used to adjust the length of tubular strings to itsexact requirement. API casing and tubing pup joints are manufactured according to API Spec5CT .Pup joints are available in 2.0' ,3.0', 4.0', 6.0',8.0' and 10.0' length with upset and non upsetdesign.

Couplings

A short length of pipe used to connect twojoints of casing. A casing/tubing coupling hasinternal threads (female thread form) machined tomatch the external threads (male thread form) ofthe long joints of casing/tubing. The two joints ofcasing are threaded into opposite ends of thecasing coupling.

Couplings are available in EU, NU, LTC, STC and BTCthread. Coupling dimension will be as per APIspecification.

Packers

The casing sizes in which CPS provides the packers are from size 4-1/2" to 9-5/8" with tubingconnection from size 2-3/8"- 3-1/2".

Mechanical Packer

This type of packers are set by some form of tubing movement, usually arotation or upward /downward motion. We have supplied different sizesof packer to our worldwide customers.

Hydraulic Packer

This type of packers are use fluid pressure to drive the cone behind theslips. Once set they remain set by the use of either entrapped pressure ora mechanical lock. They are released by picking up the tubing. They aregood for use in deviated or crooked holes where tubing movement isrestricted or unwanted. The tubing can be hung in neutral tension.

Dual Bore Packer

This is basically a “mid-string” isolation packer that is designed to seal offapproximately two strings of tubing. The dual bore packer allows thesimultaneous production of two zones while keeping them isolated. Mostmultiple-string packers are retrievable; however, some permanentmodels exist for use in HP/HT applications. Wireline IPO Gas Lift Valve

The CPS IPO gas lift valve is a wireline retrievable injectionpressure operated gas lift valve that comes in 1"or 1-1/2" OD. Thisvalve is primarily controlled by injection gas pressure. The valve isused to control gas pressure and its flow from the casingannulus into the tubing during gas lift operations. The valve isinstalled in side pocket mandrels.

The valve is constructed of premium materials for corrosionresistance in wells with high concentrations of H2S and/or CO2.Packing and elastomeric materials for the valve are available forstandard and special service.

Wireline Dummy Valve

The CPS 1.5” and 1.0” Dummy Valves are Wireline Retrievablenon-equalizing isolation tools designed to install in a side pocketmandrel. Dummy Valves are in 1.0" O.D. tools and are designedfor industry standard 1.0" side pockets. The is a 1-1/2" O.D. tool,which is designed to be installed in industry standard 1-1/2" sidepockets.

Wireline Orifice Valve

The CPS Wireline Retrievable Orifice Valve is a 1.0" or 1-1/2" O.D.valve used to control the flow of gas and/or fluid from the casingannulus into the tubing. The valve is installed in side pocketmandrels. The valve is designed with a square edged orifice which,when properly sized, allows volume control when the casing andtubing pressures are known. An integral reverse flow checkprevents gas and or fluid from flowing from the tubing back intothe casing annulus. The CPS valve consists of a flow barrel, seathousing and floating square edged orifice, lower packing retainer,and check nose with a reverse flow check drop.

Side Pocket Mandrel

CPS side pocket mandrel features an oval body design and threaded connections for installationin the tubing string. Oval-body mandrel design is ideal for dual-completion applications andreduce overall running clearances. The pocket is designed with profiles and seal bores to acceptwireline retrievable flow control devices. These mandrels can be provided with EU and/orpremium thread configurations.

The pocket of the side pocket mandrel is offset from bore of the tubing string allowing fulltubing drift for well servicing operations. The pocket of mandrel is designed with integraldeflector profile to guide the tools inside the pocket sealing bore and deflects tools larger thanthe running and pulling tools.

Mandrels are available in standard sizes 2-3/8", 2-7/8"and 3-1/2".

Gas Lift Latches

CPS's Wireline Retrievable Latches are designed tosecure Retrievable Gas Lift Valves and any other flowcontrol devices, such as chemical injection valves andwater flood valves, into the appropriate side pocketmandrels equipped with 1" or 1-1/2" outsidediameter receiver pockets. All the running post andbodies for the BK-2 and RK model latches are drilledand pinned.
