Add egg whites to the onion mixture. 5. Stir in the spinach. 6. Cover with a tight fitting lid and turn heat to low. 7. Cook for 15 minutes and check for firmness when done. in a pan with a small amount of water. Cook until spinach is wilted, drain.

1. Wash hands with warm water and soap. 2. Preheat oven to 350º F. 3. Cook pasta according to package

directions. 4. Place frozen broccoli in large

microwave safe and oven-proof dish and cook for 2 minutes on HIGH.

5. Coarsely chop cooked broccoli and return to dish.

6. Mix soup with skim milk, and add to chopped broccoli.

7. Add cooked pasta and mix. 8. Top with bread crumbs and

seasoning blend. 9. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes

until heated through. 10. Serve hot.

Preparación 1. Lávese las manos con agua tibia y jabón. 2. Caliente el aceite en el sartén. Agregue

la cebolla, ajo y tomate y sofría hasta que estén blandos.

3. Mientras se cocina la cebolla, prepare las espinacas al vapor en una olla con una pequeña cantidad de agua. Cocine hasta que espinacas se ablanden, escurra bien.

4. Agregue el sazonador italiano, pimienta y sal a las claras de huevo batidas. Añada las claras de huevo a la mezcla de cebolla.

5. Agregue las espinacas. 6. Cubra con una tapadera y baje el calor. 7. Cocine por 15 minutos y cheque la

firmeza cuando estén listas.

3 tazas de brócoli congelado, picado1 lata (10.5 oz.) de sopa condensada,

baja en grasa, de brócoli

½ taza de leche descremada2 cucharadas de migas de pan¼ de cucharadita de sazonador sin sal

agregada

1. Lávese las manos con agua tibia y jabón. 2. Precaliente el horno a 350º F. 3. Cocine la pasta de acuerdo con las

instrucciones del paquete. 4. Coloque el brócoli congelado en un plato

grande que se pueda meter en el microondas y cocine por 2 minutos en HIGH.

5. Corte el brócoli cocinado en pedazos grandes y póngalo de nuevo en el plato.

6. Mezcle la sopa con leche descremada y agregue el brócoli cortado.

7. Agregue la pasta cocinada y mezcle. 8. Añada las migas de pan y el sazonador. 9. Hornee de 10 a 15 minutos hasta que se

caliente bien. 10. Sirva caliente.
