Architecture & Technologies
BizzyDesk's design architecture is based on several modern technologies blended together such as: Adobe FMS3 for streaming videos, A/V conferencing and controlling real-time synchronization using fast RTMP protocol with efficient binary object serialization. FMS servers will be extended to support network of servers holding large number of sessions, while distributing burden using Adobe known "edge" technologies.
Post Processing/Application servers will be developed using Java based servers and will be responsible for querying, accessing and indexing user data and content. Open data storage will be used to hold terabytes of organization documents and media files with managed redundancy and high availability capabilities. Client side will be developed using flash pure AS3 embedded into html pages.
BizzyDesk functionality wrapped into small flash applications will be running as one of the following patterns: a stand alone process running embedded within regular web pages or as dynamic on-the-fly module loaded from the main call center application, step ahead revolution with how flash applications developed and distributed currently, this new architecture is resulting with minimal loading time, quick response time, also designed to use smart cache manipulation for smoother UI experience.

Layout ManagerPowerful content engine responsible for accurate, fully scaled, and converged content presentation for participants working on remote desktops with different OS and resolutions environment, providing several presentation modes such as full screen, zoom in & out, one or two pages presentation for documents, media widgets and Audio/video, in addition to textual chat conference component positioned into multi tab display. The manager provides digital “TV like Effects” and smooth animation (60 fps).

Sync ManagerBizzyDesk’s Patentable Synchronization Manager is responsible for almost real-time coordination of different remote meeting members. This manager features different types of content tracking modes including: read, view & drag for flexible manipulation of content types in efficient ways never seen before. The manager uses sophisticated time slot queues which effectively neutralize and overcome bandwidth and latency issues. In addition it features history capabilities for new joining members, serving its clients according to their permissions and determined roles.

Clipboard ServicesClipboard Services provide the representative an access point to its private repository of documents and media files with easy and intuitive GUI. Existing library files can be accessed instantly anywhere at any time, while new files can be uploaded by any permitted member at any given time within the meeting itself, reviewed or manipulated by the reps and finally shared with others in a convenient way, which is similar to working with personal folders on a PC environment (for instance: dragging files into display container). The Clipboard provides a cool feature called “feeds” which organizes different types of files with common purpose for efficient meeting streamline.
