PUMPKIN BREAD 3 cups granulated sugar 1 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs, beaten 1 lb. canned pumpkin 2/3 cup water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, oil and eggs together. Add the can of pumpkin. Add the pumpkin bread mix from the jar, then water, stirring until mixed. Pour the batter into 2 greased and floured 9” x 5” loaf pans. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
