Instruction Information…. The exam consist primarily of matching questions with a total of 51 items (concepts and

names) and a few multiple choice questions. The time limit for the exam is 75 minutes. The exam will be available from 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4 to 11:55 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5. To have the full 75 minutes to take the exam, you must start the exam no later than 10:40 p.m. on Thursday...the exam will turn off at 11:55 p.m.

If you exit out of the exam for any reason, it is important that you understand that the timer will continue to run (even if you shut down your computer). If you experience an interruption in your Internet service and are "kicked out" of the exam, you should immediately log back in to Moodle, go the exam, and click "Continue Exam." If you experience technical issues during the exam you should immediately email the ULM Helpdesk at [email protected] (send an email even if it is not during regular business hours) and Cc your instructor.

Remember that it is a good idea to scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save without submitting" every 15-20 minutes.

This exam requires that you turn off the pop-up blockers on your computer. If you click to begin the exam and are not able to access the questions, then you have not turned off your pop-up blocker. If you need help completing this task, the please call the ULM Helpdesk 318.342.3333 or email them at [email protected].

Guide to turning off pop-up blockers if you are using the preferred browser for Moodle which is Mozilla Firefox.

Review Options

These options control what information users can see when they review a quiz attempt or look at the quiz reports.•Immediately after the attempt means within two minutes of the attempt being finished by the user clicking 'Submit all and finish'.•Later, while the quiz is still open means after this, and before the quiz close date.•After the quiz is closed means after the quiz close date has passed. If the quiz does not have a close date, this state is never reached.

Suggestion: For Immediately after the attempt and Later, while the quiz is still open…only check Scores.
