Environamics Incorporated is an interior specialty contracting
company that also fabricates and installs floor to ceiling movable
partition systems. Environamics was founded in 1980 and is owned
and managed by individuals thoroughly involved in day-to-
day operations. Charlotte, North Carolina is the location of our
company headquarters. Other locations include Dallas, Raleigh,
Northern Virginia/DC, Connecticut and Seattle. In addition, our
market managers are available to service clients throughout the
country and internationally.

1980
Environamics founded in Charlotte, NC, with Christopher Weiss as CEO and Harry Johnson as Vice President, in a small rented office/warehouse combo.
1988
An alliance partnership with Herman Miller Inc. allowed business expansion throughout Southeast Region.
1985
Steady growth enabled Environamics to purchase a property in Charlotte which allowed expansion of office space and manufacturing capabilities.
1996
To serve a growing market in the Research Triangle, opened office and warehouse in Raleigh, NC.
2015
After ending partnership with Herman Miller Inc., developed Symbio® Movable Walls, added to GSA schedule.
2016
The Charlotte office completes a major move to a newly renovated LEED certified facility with 12,500 sq. ft. of office space and 79,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space.
Our next move, to a larger facility in Charlotte, expanded office space to 7,350 sq ft and warehouse/manufacturing to 32,000 sq ft.

Opened an office in Northern Virginia to serve a booming DC market.
Added a market manager and support staff in position to respond quickly to the Northeast market.
Chris Weiss retired, and Harry Johnson became CEO.
Environamics opened a large office and second manufacturing facility in Dallas, Texas to serve Canada, the west and Midwest.
Slimline Glass Walls developed and offered for the first time.
Onward to Seattle, with the opening of a panel assembly and staging facility.

We recently moved our Corporate Headquarters in Charlotte,
N.C. to a new and larger facility to accommodate our continued
growth. The move nearly doubled our manufacturing and
warehouse capabilities. We completely renovated the office space to
showcase our interior wall products and specialty construction. The
renovations resulted in our building qualifying for LEED certification.
Central DivisionFarmers Branch, Texas
Our Central Division located near Dallas, Texas was opened in 2012
to expand our presence in the market and serve our customers
more effectively. It features a large manufacturing and warehouse
facility with state-of-the-art technology and machinery. Like
our Charlotte facility, the Texas location serves as our showroom
showcasing a wide range of our full-height wall solutions.
