Creative was able to wrap up large scale infrastructure activities and quickly pivot to piloting smaller, more targeted activities in line with the revised strategy paving the way for full implementation of the strategy in FY18. Overall the quality of implementation of activities in the field remained very high in very challenging, insecure environment.From OTI Honduras Program CPAR: Creative effectively designed and implemented small grants that responded to evolving citizen security conditions in USAID/OTI’s target communities in the Honduran cities of Tegucigalpa, San Pedro Sula, La Ceiba, and Tela. In some of the most dangerous areas in the world outside of war zones, Creative staff have found and developed positive community actors, forming productive and resilient relationships there despite the understandable traumatization and fear that these communities experience on a daily basis.
