Find the division line between the front nose plastic and the inner

This is your line to place the plastic screw blocks on by lining them up just to

the inside of the line and on the duct.

Below shows you the placement for the

first screw block as it is centered between the lower black panel and the color
Typewritten text
panel and keeping it attached to the inner duct.
Typewritten text
place the opposite screw block directly accross from the starter block.

Repeat on both openings. Place the upper blocks about 1 1/2"

from the top.

Try to balance the blocks from side to side keeping the placement uniform.

The grilles are a tight fit so use some window cleaner to
Typewritten text
lubricate the rubber seal and this will help you push the
Typewritten text
grilles into place.
Typewritten text
Start installing by placing the top section in first, keeping
Typewritten text
the grille in front of the blocks then swing the bottom down
Typewritten text
and into place against the lower blocks.
Typewritten text
Be sure to push the grilles against the lower blocks before inserting
Typewritten text
the screws. You may have noticed that there are 2 holes in all of the
Typewritten text
blocks and this if for alignment purposes, just choose the one that
Typewritten text
is visable. Put screws in the lower blocks only as the top is wedged
Typewritten text
into place and it will be easy to remove for cleaning. Hold the grille
Typewritten text
against the blocks while installing the screws. Do not over tighten.

Clean all areas for the stick-on screw blocks

with isopropal alcohol and let dry. Then use
Typewritten text
the adhesive promotor on the same areas
Typewritten text
and let dry before attaching blocks.
