creative:space events are unique, interactive music concerts organised specifically for disabled children and their families.

• Music performed by musical savant, pianist Derek Paravicini and Bad

Ass Brass. Live music, dance and craft activities in a relaxed, friendly

environment, led by Create’s workshop leader.

• Informal atmosphere with seating around tables.

• Lots of space for movement.

• Percussion instruments handed out for participative music-making!

We ask that at least one adult accompanies every two children.

Create uses the power of the creative arts to transform lives. We design and deliver projects that enable those who are excluded through disability, disadvantage, ill-health, imprisonment, poverty or social isolation to participate in high quality creative arts experiences. All projects enable participants to develop creativity, learning, social skills and self-esteem. Some bring different groups of people together to breakdown barriers and develop shared understanding; others enable them to explore social concerns. Every project aims to help to create a society that is fairer, more caring and more inclusive. For more information visit www.createarts.org.uk.
