CREAXINNOVATION TRAININGBenefit from cross-industry learning
DAY 111/09/2013
INTRODUCTIONCREAX offers a hands-on training for systematic innovation. Based on 13 years of experience in supporting R&D processes of various market leaders, a method for innovation was developed. This unique approach, with roots in the Russian TRIZ methodology, provides a systematic framework for technology-oriented innovation and creativity.
Participants learn how to incorporate a 4 steps process in their daily innovation & problem solving activities. Trainees apply the method to structure creative solution generation and to discover how knowledge can be transferred across industries.
Pieter Van Lancker (BE)INNOVATION TRAININGBenefit from cross-industry learning.
CONTENT Systematic 4 steps process for:
■ Idea generation for product development ■ Solving technical challenges ■ Thinking outside of the box ■ Identifying new applications and markets ■ Developing stronger Intellectual Property
