Creekside Seminoles vs. Banneker Trojans
Scrimmage
August 17, 2012
The Varsity ‘Noles held the first 3 quarters in a scoreless game last Friday night. They left the fate of the game to be up to the JV team who played the entire 4th quarter and were successful in holding the Trojans back and not letting them score! Final Score: 0 to 0.
WAY TO GO TEAM!!!! It was a wonderful sight to see all of our boys dressed up to do battle for the good of the entire ‘Nole Nation.
We have a BYE this Friday but we are ready to G-O for next week’s game with our “neighbors down the street”, Langston Hughes High School. The game will be at Langston Hughes. The address is 7510 Hall Road, Fairburn, Georgia 30315. Thank You in advance for your continued support of the ’Noles Football Program.

Family,
Let’s do better to represent and show our support of
OUR TEAM at games. Please have on spirit wear at all
games so no one has to wonder who you are there to sup-
port and cheer on. Even if you don’t have Creekside spe-
cific spirit wear, having the colors on still makes a strong
statement. THANK YOU!! See you on the 50 yard line.
ONE TEAM. ONE GOAL. GO ‘NOLES!!!
CATCH THAT ‘NOLES SPIRIT!!!!

VOLUME 1, ISSUE 2
From the Nutrition Committee We are soliciting your support to contribute funds to supply our athletes with fruit at half time. Coach Whittington has requested that we supply apples and bananas. We are fortu-nate enough to have access to a discounted rate for the fruit supply to keep costs down so the total cost of fruit per game is $45.00. We are asking that you sponsor or team up to co-sponsor a half-time game. We will have a printed calen-dar with the games for you to sign up. So for example, you may choose to sponsor the entire amount or split it with other families (up to 5, the suggested minimum contribu-tion $9.00). Thank you to the family that took care of the scrimmage and the first offi-cial game coming up next week. We are asking that you sign up and pay into the fruit fund in advance of at least one week prior to the game you select to sponsor. Sign ups will begin at Parent Meeting on Thursday, August 23 and after practices thereafter. Keep in mind that it is important to keep the student athletes energized all the way to the CHAMPIONSHIP!!! Thanks for your continued support. Go Seminoles!!!!
