GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
No. of Participants limited to 12 per college No participant is allowed for more than one event. Participants must bring their college ID cards. All participants should report at the registration desk by 8.30 a.m. Candidates should follow the general rules for smooth conduct of events. For every event, first & second prize will be awarded.(Except Best Manager) Lunch and snacks will be provided. Participants should use their ID number (given during registration), without mentioning their name
and college during the conduct of the events. Accommodation will not be provided. All correspondence regarding the events can be communicated through the following Email:
Transportation will be provided for participants from Central Bus Stand, Trichy at 8.00 a.m. on 19th October 2012.
Decision of the panel members is final for all events. No registration fee for participants.
PENGURUS TERBAIK (BEST MANAGER)
Best Manager is an event that identifies managerial skills like Leadership, Analytical, Logical, Communication, Creative thinking, Team work, Emotional stability, etc of the participants. This will act as a platform for them to know their skills and ability to survive in this competitive world.
Points to be looked at: Only one participant per college. Participants cannot take part in other events. Dress code should be formal. Updated copy of the resume is mandatory (Both hard copy & soft copy). In case of failure in
producing the same, the respective candidate will be disqualified. Time limits will be strictly followed. Event co-ordinators have the rights to make any changes. Participation certificates will be issued. Decision of judges will be final.

The Business Plan Competition is open to students of management disciplines who are interested in technology-focused innovation and commercialization and innovative business ideas. Teams or individuals present their products or services to a panel of judges.
Points to be looked at: The event consists of three rounds.( business quiz, role play, business plan presentation) Maximum of 2 members can comprise in a team.
Maximum of 3 plans per college can be allowed.
Proposals in both PPT and Abstract format should reach us on or before 15.10.12.
Business Quiz is the event which finds out the latest issues of business, Current affairs, burning issues of business management, General knowledge, etc of the participants. It will act as a platform for them to know their business knowledge and ability of the recent trends in modern business.
Points to be looked at:
One team per college and two participants per team. Dress code should be formal. Time limit will be strictly followed. Two prizes will be issued. Event co-ordinators have the full right to make any change with the events. Participation certificates issued. Judges decision will be final. Usage of Mobile phones is strictly prohibited.

Ad-zap is set to bring out the creativity, time management, marketing skills of the innovative minds and to snap their spirit and co-ordination.
Points to be looked at:
5 Participants per team (minimum3 & maximum5) 2 Rounds will be conducted before final round. Stationery will be provided. Proper dress code to be followed. Violence of words will lead to disqualified. Timings should be strictly Adhered by team Judges decisions will be final in all aspects

OVERALL SHIELD: For each event, WINNERS will be awarded with 10 points; RUNNERS will be awarded with 5 points. High credit points will be given for the BEST MANAGER WINNER (15 points). Overall shield will be given on the basis of maximum points scored in all the events. In case of any tie between the teams for overall championship scientific lot system will be followed.
