Smart-QC ModulesUse the Scheduling Module for an efficient and effective scheduling of the complex labs operation balancing the analyst’s work load, samples’ cycle time, and on-time delivery to meet customer service needs

Easily set parameters and entities to set standards in the admin module to ensure consistent results from staff.High level summary of efficiency and compliance

performance built into an executive dashboard.

Let’s explore the Planning and Scheduling Modules.

Use the Planning Module to identify the required analysts and instruments for each work-center for given forecasted demands, determine value added vs. non-value added, predict expected backlog, optimize the campaign size, provide meaningful KPIs, and balance capacity based on given demands to reduce overtime and waste
