The Crew uses technology to get communica-tions to all parents and players. The Crew web-site (www.mansfieldcrew.com) contains game and practice schedules, directions to all away games, tournament information, team contact information, stats and photos for all teams and a team guestbook for players to interact with one another.
Make sure you include a current e-mail address and cell phone number on your registration form, all team information is communicated through e-mail and text messages.
Expectations: Players & ParentsAs a member of the Crew players/parents are expected to be compliant with the following guidelines:
• the Mansfield Crew is your primary team. If there is a conflict with a secondary team’s practice and/or game, the Crew takes precedence.
• players are expected to be at practice with the proper soccer attire (soccer shoes, shin guards and soccer socks, proper clothing for the weather, practice penny, hair up and out of face, no jewelry, appropriate size ball for age, and water).
• players are expected to arrive a half hour before game time.
• players/parents need to demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times (refer to the Code of Conduct, www.mansfieldcrew.com).
• parents need to check e-mails and text messages, all Crew communications will funnel through these mediums.
• parents need to communicate questions and concerns to their team manager (another parent on the same team, see contact sheet).
• players/parents need to remember to have fun – this is what it is all about. Go Crew!
Crew Parents: Please provided a 1’’ square head shot of your child when you turn in your
registration. Each competitive player is required to have a player card that is shown to the
referee before the start of each game - without it your child will not be allowed to play.
