It was so wonderful to have 128 golfers coming together to support our Association. You and your Board in partnership with Jason Duffy and Wayne Butler from EB transport worked so hard to plan the day. Gratitude is extended to the major sponsor AGS World Transport and all the other numerous sponsors who donated the golfing prizes and items for the auction. We also thank all the golfers who came along and brought their colleagues and friends to play in 38-degree heat yet maintained good cheer and extended the hand of friendship to our members that attended. We were thrilled and delighted to see how much was raised and to pick up the cheque at your networking lunch last Friday. Jason Duffy posted the outcome on the CDC Facebook site and I have attached some of the comments of appreciation from our families. Air Cargo Australia Inc. and sponsors will be identified as our financial supporters where the funds raised by the CDC golf day charity are used to support running our professional education and family support events. Our Association and its members look forward to working fruitfully with you and the rebranded Cargo Club of Australia again in the future to support families and children with Cri Du Chat syndrome. Jason Duffy Hi Everyone, Kaylei and Bryce would like to announce that the Golf Day raised a whopping $14,500 going directly to the group. We would like to thank everyone who helped us out on the day. we couldn't have done it with out you. Special mention to the Air Cargo Club of Australia who put the day on and AGS World Transport who were the major sponsors.
What an awesome, outstanding effort guys! Your commitment to our group is amazing. It was such a great day, particularly with Melbourne's unpredictable weather. And fantastic for Shae to be there, so committed to the cause when so far along in her pregnancy!!! It was amazing to meet so many kind and caring people on the day. Just beautiful.
Well done to everyone that was involved with putting the day together.
