The CM-400: Crisis Management Manager is an advanced level of Crisis Management (CM) course that is primarily designed and developed to instil detailed concepts and knowledge in CM/BCM practitioners, which will enable the individual to drive CM programmes and projects for the entire organisation. This course is structured to develop and train Organization BCM Coordinator, CM/BC mangers, planners, and project managers. On completion of the course, participants will be able to acquire the skills and understanding to be able to drive complex CM programs and projects for the entire organization.

This is a 2 day advanced course with a CMCE examination on the following day, upon successful completion of the course.
The CMCE examination consists of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) electronic based examinations. The examination which lasts for 3.5 hours would need candidates to achieve a 75% passing grade.
Completed CM-300 Crisis Management Implementer course. At least 3-year of CM or BCM or IT DRP experience.

Crisis Management MANAGER CM-400
The globally recognized Crisis Management Certified Expert (CMCE) certification is designed to instill pertinent concepts and knowledge in CM practitioners Certified professional would be able them to drive organizational-wide CM programs, develop CM strategies, develop and implement comprehensive CM plans and implement CM awareness and training programs. They will also be able to conduct exercises and tests and implement CM audit and assessment programs to ensure CM plan effectiveness. This certification is most suited for CM/BC managers, planners and project managers.
CMCE applicants are required to complete and pass the qualifying CMCE examination attached to the CM-400: Crisis Management Manager or CM-5000 Crisis Management Expert Implementer course.
The qualifying CMCE examination done on the last day of a CM-400 or a CM-5000 course is a half day 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) electronic based examination. The examination which lasts for 3.5 hours would need candidates to achieve a 75% passing grade.

Crisis Management MANAGER CM-400
Applicants who would like to apply for the CMCE certification needs to furnish BCM Institute with the CMCE certification application fees of SGD150.This can be paid via Paypal, AMEX, Cheque (drawn from a Singapore bank), Telegraphic Transfer, Bank Transfer or Cash.
Once BCM Institute Certification Department has ascertain that they have received the complete CMCE application form and processing fees, application would be sent to an independent review board that would assess the applicants’ eligibility for the certification applied for. The process may take about 4 – 8 weeks before an applicant is awarded the relevant certification.

CMCE applicants should have at least 3 years of Crisis Management (CM) or Business Continuity (BC) professional experience. They should be able to demonstrate this experience via an application form that would allow them to showcase at least 5 of the BCM BoK.
The experience should be backed by 2 referees that should be the applicant’s colleagues (not subordinate), clients or superiors.
Candidates who lack the pre requisite 3 years’ experience may opt to apply for a specialist certification (CMCS) or planner certification (CMCP).
