Registration: Onsite registrations are welcome, but be prepared to take a little longer at the registration desk when you arrive. Cash or check is the only method of payment acceptable onsite.
Payment: Payment must accompany this form. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed until payment is received. Participants may pre-register with credit card, check or cash. We no longer accept check requests from internal participants.
Fees, Cancellations and Substitutions: Registration fee for the conference includes the educational program and any food event listed in this brochure. There is a no-refund policy for this conference; however, you are able to transfer your registration to another person. A completed registration form for that person is due with your written cancellation request and must be received prior to the registration deadline. Lehigh Valley Health Network reserves the right to substitute faculty listed in this brochure and will provide comparable alternative faculty.

patients with sepsis.
2) Discuss the utilization of ultrasound technology in the clinical setting and its impact on critical
care patients.
3) Discuss current trends in nutritional supplementation in the critically ill population.
4) Discuss through point/ counterpoint an exemplary sepsis case study and the collaborative
multidisciplinary patient management interventions.
Target Audience: Physicians in internal medicine and critical care, hospitalists, nurse practitioners,
physician assistants, social workers, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, dietitians, nutritionists, R.N.s,
and other clinical staff working with critical care patients
