Systems and tools
Project controlThe Project control software product is a system developed by ourselves using standard Windows applications (ensuring the client avoids unnecessary costs for licencing fees), which sits on a designated server allowing access by your project teams within the building or via remote access over the web.
Each gateway on the process is a hyperlink to a predetermined template for project documentation, (set up by our people), so that as well as driving the projects, the system also acts as a depository for all project information. Hyperlinks at each gateway lead to each project document.
The setting up of the system, is fairy straight forward once we have a defined project methodology/process. The creation if the bespoke software, creation of the templates that sits behind each gateway, loading the software system on the designated server (provided by the client) can be undertaken in approximately six weeks.
We would also ensure that the access protocols are working as well as the system as a whole and train a designated number of users in the system to ensure that it is working as anticipated.

BIM strategyWe pride ourselves on fully appreciating the client’s objectives. From day one our BIM Manager will employ a six step BIM strategy, starting with a full appraisal briefing session to understand what our clients goals really are. Each milestone is manageable and our BIM Technicians will ensure a seamless stepped approach to building implementation. Once the project goes live, we provide visibility through our monitoring and feedback to ensure that our client’s aspirations are fully met for the lifecycle of the facility.
