EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES
• All intangible heritage is transmitted within the
community, through various associations, non-
government organisations and cultural societies.
• Except as prat of various associations, these
activities are generally carried out within museums
and educational institutions, as well as within
various extracurricular school programs.
• Museums and community schools mostly
implement educational programs and cooperate
with schools, thus contributing to the transfer and
popularisation of intangible cultural heritage of a
given area.

Lectures were prepared by experts from the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore, the
Ministry of Culture, curators of the Ethnographic Museum and dancers and singers of
the Lado ensemble.
Workshops of traditional clothing, singing, children's creativity, dance and music, proved
to be successful and rewarding in the dissemination of awareness on the value and
importance of traditional culture and intangible cultural heritage among preschool and
school children.
