Even sprayMedium spray A medium spray suitable for a wide variety of spray jobs

Variable pressure (VP) flat fan Tapered fan pattern with mixed droplet

spectrum  for a wide range of Agrochemical applications Maintains excellent spray distribution over variable pressures of 1-5 bar Ideal for use with automatic rate control systems Available in 015,02,03,035,04,05 and 06 sizes at 80° & 110° spray angle

Standard flat fan Tapered fan pattern with mixed droplet

spectrum suitable for a wide range of targets at pressures of 2-4 bar. Available in the widest range of sizes 01,015,02,025,03, 04,05,06,08,10,15 and 20 at 80° & 110° spray angle

Flooding nozzles produce coarse droplets with uniform distribution. Ideal for use with hand-held sprayers and application of soil applied herbicide and liquid fertilizers. Large circular orifice means resistant to clogging Less prone to spray drift

Poly-Jet

Wide angled flat flood spray Specifically designed for applications through hand-held sprayers over 1-3 bar Flow rates from 0.6 to 3.79 l/min Available in four different spray angles that give ground coverage of between 50 cm and 2 m at 50 cm boom height Can be used with spray shield to reduce spray drift

Deflect-Tip

Wide angled even spray 80-145° Wide range of nozzle sizes and application rates Ideal for band spray applications of Pre- and post-emergent herbicides Smaller sizes suitable for hand-held sprayers

Hollow cone nozzles produce a high velocity fine spray which swirls around in a cone pattern They give good target coverage and are therefore ideal for use with contact acting agrochemicals such as fungicides and insecticides and for penetrating dense canopies Also suitable for band and knapsack spraying

Hollow Tip 80° Ready assembled 2 piece nozzle Produces fine droplets at pressures from 3-6 bar applying from 8 to 200 l/ha depending on nozzle and forward speed selected

For spot applications with knapsack or compression sprayers

A full cone pattern for comprehensive coverage Operates at 1-5 bar pressures. 80° angle is easy to direct 2 piece construction separates for easy cleaning

These nozzles eliminate the finer droplets that are associated with conventional nozzles so reducing spray drift and allowing spraying in more marginal conditions when drift would be unacceptable with conventional flat fans

Traditionally they have been used for spraying against easier targets such as soil application and larger plants and weeds

Offer excellent spray distribution, with six solid streams of liquid fertilizer, directed towards the plant base for accurate, uniform application minimizing crop scorch Available in 9 sizes 15,02,023,04,05,06,08,10 and 15 mm for application volumes from around 40 to 1000 l/ha

Complete with cap in an easy to handle bayonet fitting that fits most standard nozzle holders
