Petrotranz Inc.’s Crude Oil Transportation System (COTS) is a secure, easy-to-use, web-based

communication and collaboration platform that streamlines the manual processes and

documentation required in the transportation of crude oil from wellhead to market.

Petrotranz COTS provides Producers, Facility Operators (pipelines, truck terminals, cleaning

plants) and Marketers the ability to forecast shipping volumes, capture production information,

and reconcile delivered quantities to complete and submit delivery forecasts online each

month. Petrotranz COTS allows for the consolidation of Form A submissions to produce Form

C’s either within the system itself or through import/export procedures to external systems.

Production Operators are able to template

forward Form A’s, individually or by group, to

ease the entry on a month-to-month basis.

● Form B’s are automatically generated

When a forecast is revised, the system

automatically creates Form B’s reflecting the

revision and submits them to all impacted

Shippers.

● Manage Splits electronically

Production Operators are notified that the

Facility has requested the submission of Shipper

Splits. Production Operators are then able to

enter Shipper Splits and electronically submit.

● Maintains Historical Information

Petrotranz COTS maintains a record of each

event as it occurs. This provides a historical

record of what has

been done, when it

was done, and by

whom.
