ThisFree Air/Low Air Add-Ons Program is the result of negotiations betweenSilversea’s Silver Sky Air Programme and respective air carriers utilized andincludes round-trip air plus transfers on day of embark/debark, except whentraveling one-way, deviating, and unless otherwise specified. Silversea’s SilverSky Air Department reserves the right to select the air carrier, routing anddeparture airport from each gateway city. Deviationsfrom the air schedules and itinerary that result in additional cost will be madeat the participant’s expense and will incur a $100 per person nonrefundableadministrative fee. Silversea’s Silver Sky Air Programme reserves the rightto arrange space for participants with any airline. Silversea’s Silver SkyAir Department reserves the right to impose an overnight stay (hotel,transfers, meals, etc.) in the arrival and/or departure gateway city or in anyintermediate/transit city at the participant’s expense. Terms and conditionsapply as set forth by Silversea’s Silver Sky Air Programme. HEALTH: Any physical or mental condition that may require specialmedical attention or physical assistance (for example, the need for awheelchair) must be reported in writing when you make your reservation.Participants must be able to climb stairs and step over raised thresholds orbulkheads aboard the ship without assistance.DISCOUNTED RESERVATIONS: Discounts apply only to thosereservations received in the offices of Gohagan in writing, accompaniedby the required deposit, by July 18, 2011. In the event a “discounted”reservation must be cancelled, no “replacement” reservation can besubstituted at the discounted rate. A “replacement” reservation is a newreservation and can be substituted only at the full-fare tariff. Cancellationpenalties may apply.CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations for all or any part of the trip includingPre/Post Program(s) reservation(s) will not be effective until receivedin writing in the offices of Gohagan. Should you have to cancel, thefollowing terms will apply: reservation cancellation(s) are subject to a $200($50 Pre/Post Program(s)) per person administrative fee from the time ofbooking through 180 days prior to departure; from 120 through 179 daysprior to departure, $600 ($200 Pre/Post Program(s)) per person; from 95through 119 days prior to departure, 60% of the published full regulartariffs; from 45 through 94 days prior to departure, 80% of the publishedfull regular tariffs; cancellations 44 days or less prior to departure,a no-show, or early return from the trip will result in forfeiture of 100%of the published full regular tariffs. In addition, any applicable airlinecancellation fees, optional excursion cancellation fees and administrativefees may apply.TRIP INSURANCE: Because these cancellation policies are strictlyenforced, we strongly recommend for your protection that you purchase tripcancellation insurance. In the event that you must cancel your participationin a travel program, trip cancellation insurance may be the only source ofreimbursement. The arbitrator and not any federal, state, or local court or agency shallhave exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation,applicability, enforceability, conscionability, or formation of this contract,including but not limited to any claim that all or any part of this contract isvoid or voidable.ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT: By forwarding of deposit, theparticipant certifies that he/she does not have any mental, physical or othercondition of disability that would create a hazard for him/herself or otherparticipants and accepts the terms and conditions of this contract.
