GENERAL• Payment for all purchases MUST be made the night of the auction. Cash, check, Discover, MasterCard and Visa will be accepted. A 3% fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Cashiers will be on duty throughout the evening and after the Live Auction.

• All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds unless otherwise announced.• Merchandise and service certificates are not redeemable for cash and no substitutions unless announced.

• Please claim and remove all items purchased the night of the auction whenever possible.• Most auction items must be used within one year of the auction date or specified date.• All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.

SILENT AUCTION• Bid sheets may not be removed from the table, thus preventing other bidders from making their bids.• Succeeding bids must be higher than the previous bid. Each bid sheet reflects the appropriate bidding increment.

• Anyone may bid as often as he/she wishes on any item as long as the above rules are met.• Bidding on silent auction items will close promptly at the designated time. Any bids written after the announcement of the close are invalid, and the preceding bid and bidder will be considered the buyer.

• The valid bid (i.e., highest) when the auction is declared closed (at the sound of the buzzer) is the winning bidder.

• The decision of the committee member in charge as to the winning bidder shall be final and conclusive.
