Drawing on the power of parametric script-ing, the design of the tower gathers dispa-rate programmatic, physical, and infrastruc-tural elements from the requirements of the

building and its surrounding context, and synthesizesthese into a form that seamlessly integrates the build-ing into the idiosyncrasiesof its sitewhileexpressingmul-tipleflowsofmovement.Thetowerembodiesstate-of-the-art technological advances to become a cultural landmark. Capsule, a small, eco-friendly luxury liv-ing unit was designed in such a way that it can stand alone in the environment, as well as form a queue of houses when con-

nected to other objects. It was designed as an apart-mentunit forpersonswhospendmostof theirtimeout-doors. Therefore, instead of implementing a large varietyof functions, the house contains just themost basic ones. This little pod can settle in almost anywhere, from for-est clearings and lakesides to prairies and meadows. The pod is powered exclusively by clean energy sourc-es, and even generates more energy than it consumes.

The emphasis is put on the preservation of energy throughenvironmental protection and decrease of the expenses.
