1. Materiale: otel de calitate superioara produs de SKF, cu numar extrem de redus
de incluziuni si neomogenitati si continut foarte mic de oxigen
2. Tratamente termice speciale: patente SKF
3. Varianta constructiva: geometrie interna optimizata
4. Procesul de fabricatie: calitate deosebita a suprafetelor corpurilor si cailor de

Stabilizarea termica pana la o temperatura mai mare asigura:
o Capacitatea de functionare continua la temperaturi mai mari
o Dilatari mai mici decat norma ISO la orice temperatura de
functionare
Dilatari mai mici ale inelelor asigura :
Stabilitate mai mare a jocului intern in rulment la variatia temperaturii (de la montaj la temperatura de functionare)

Vibratii reduse, deci uzura mecanica a utilajului mai mica si consum energetic mai mic

Ajustaje mai bune cu arborele !
Ajustaje mai precise diminueaza riscurile de:
• rotire a inelului interior pe ax (in functionare)
•de tensionare prea mare a inelului interior (la montaj)
•reducerea exagerata a jocului intern dupa montaj.

Chiar daca campurile de toleranta ale arborelui nu
sunt intocmai cu specificatiile ISO, in
combinatie cu un camp de toleranta redus al
diametrului interior al rulmentului se asigura

Concluzii
1. Conceptul SKF EXPLORER reprezinta noul standard mondial de performanta a
rulmentilor, impus de peste un deceniu de SKF. Nu este un produs special,
scump si rar – este standardul “zilnic” !
2. Piata raspunde foarte pozitiv la aceasta imbunatatire. E bun si in utilajele
vechi !
3. Obiectii frecvente – Raspunsuri ??:
a. “nu vrem rulmenti speciali…”
b. “avem o fabrica veche… nu ne trebuie aceasta calitate (este prea mult pentru noi)”
c. “este doar un instrument de marketing …”
d. “ceilalti rulmenti sunt la fel de buni …”
