    The Model outlined is aimed at enhancing, expanding thegrowth of soccer in CarthageABC Soccer Academy UGANDA

    This outline shows possible structures of a clubgoing forward in this rapidly ever changing youth soccerenvironment

    Hopefully this model will provide an incentive for players to stayin the game longer as players and as coaches, aid in thedevelopment of the Club,the coach and the player by providingaprofessional learning environment for all the professional threeparties

    Success- This is a long term process and will not occurOvernight

    The two programs (Coaching andPlayer Development) cannot beseparated and we must accept that

    to create an environment to developthe Ugandan players growth anddevelopment! In the past we havetried to train the Dutch way, theBrazilian way, etc.

    We can and will together create thefinest players in the world if weunderstand the growth, developmentand specific characteristics of ouryouth.

    Distributing the body of informationfrom the Y License is the firststep.
