What’s New at SJSU?

New Supplemental Impaction Criteria for Fall 2016 Transfer Admissions

Some Degree programs will give preference to transfer students that have completed program-specific preparatory courses.

Applicants will be ranked for admission to major based on a combination of self-reported GPA and successful completion of approved program-specific courses by the end of the Spring 2016 term.

Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT)

Programs with that have identified an Associate

Degree for Transfer (ADT) will give preference to

applicants with and ADT over an applicant with the

same GPA that did not earn an ADT.
