The history of TapfloTapflo was founded in Kungälv (north of Gothenburg), Sweden 1980 and has since then

been working with design and manufacture of air operated diaphragm pumps. The product rangehas grown from a few plasticmodels, to complete PE & PTFE,metal and sanitary series and lately alsowith complete ranges of centrifugal pumps. The pumps shown in this brochure are manufactured byTapflounderlicencefromCDRPumps.Tapflohasnowestablishedsalesofficesin20countriesandindepend-entdistributorsinanother30countries-sparepartsandpumpsareavailableworldwide.

Non-metallic pumpsThe wetted components are non-metallic injectionmoulded thermoplastics enabling excellent corrosion re-sistance. The version in PP-GF (glass fibre reinforced

polypropylene) provides great mechanical strength andallows liquid temperatures up to 70°C. The PVDF (Poly-Vinylidine DiFluoride) version has the superior chemi-cal resistance and allows temperatures up to 80°C.

compact but powerful

Excellent performance with magnet cage systemThemagnetsaretotallyencapsulatedintheircagewiththeuniquesystemthatavoidstheuseofresinsandglue.Thisgrantsasafesystemwithbetterperformanceathightem-peratures.Furthermoretheimpeller is injectionmoulded, resulting in excellent performance and no weak points.CTM20-7hasanopenimpellerwhilemodelsCTM25-8andCTM25-10haveclosedimpellers.

The powerful magnet couplingsOur magnets in NdFeB (Neodymium-iron-boron) withouruniquemagnetcagesystemhaveasuperiorstrengthalso under demanding circumstances. The power fromthe drive is transmitted even at high temperatures andwith high specific gravity liquids. Furthermore the ro-bust steel frame for the external magnet increases themagnetpowerandgrantsagentle startupof thepump.

CTM pumps are used in most industries where liquids are pumped. The pumps han-dle many types of low and normal viscous clean liquids such as chemical aggressive and toxic.
