This document describes the version 7.2.2 of CTM.

None of the current features or changes in this release has any impact on the pre-existing

functionality if not mentioned explicitly in this release notes, any training may thus be done post-

release, if desired.

1.1 System module – Standalone publication

CTM has been extended with a new system module, it is called standalone publication. The purpose

of standalone publications is only to publish, it is not possible to receive tender responses through

the standalone publication module.

Please contact your local EU-Supply sales office for more details and demonstration.

1.2 Score calculations in evaluation

These changes apply to the online web evaluation and not the ActiveX.

Evaluating the total price of a supplier, previously had only one standard mathematical formula, now

it is possible to select from three formulas. They are called Standard, Expected price and Dedicated

models and each has a different mathematical formula to automatically calculate the score on total

price. The paramaters of the tender evaluation is set-up from the Manage evaluation model in the

tender checklist.

Using the tool-tip help the exact mathematical formula is displayed.

For all of the score calculations, the maximum score is 100 points.

1.2.1 Standard

This gives a linear scale of the prices, where the lowest price gets 100 points and the rest of the

prices is calculated linear from there.

The mathematical formula is as below:

1.2.2 Expected price

In the expected price you specify the expected range of the prices (see image below) and the score is

calculated from 0 to 100 within that range only.

Here you set a factor and the factor you should decide depending on how much spread you would

want on the score. The lower the factor, the wider can the spread be of the score on the price, even

if prices are very close.

The factor is a percent value and have to be a value between 0 and 100, where 0 is not allowed.

1.3 Public contract database

In the CTM there is a module to publish contract to a public page on an Intranet, the module is called

CMLight. This module has been extended to allow search of contracts also within the add-ons in a

contract. The add-ons can be searched within the Extended search.

It is a free text search that will search all add-ons, regardless of the type of add-on.

1.4 Java 8

Encryption of supplier envelopes and the offline editor functionality, now fully supports Java 8 for all

platforms.

1.5 User interface and navigation changes

1.5.1 Tender checklist

The top section of the tender checklist have been extended with the possibility to expand/retract,

the same way as the tender steps.

1.5.2 Messages

In messages page in tenders and contracts it is now possible to reset the filtering.

Clicking Reset will remove all filters and list all messages.

1.5.3 Report dashboard

The list of reports in the report dash board has changed layout to list all reports in one list and allow

possibility to have detailed help texts for each report. The reports are sorted alphabetically.

1.5.4 Contract page

• Alerts setup moved

The contract alerts is moved to the contract checklist, the alerts is not available in the

previous location.

• Less information in header

The header in the contract pages tab view have been minimized in order to give more space

to the contract information below the header.

1.5.5 Evaluation tool

In the online evaluation tool some smaller graphical changes is completed to improve the usability.
