CU Involvement in COVID19-Related Research/Technology/Extension Activities
Feature on the contributions of the UP Pandemic Response Team, which was able to mobilize 200 experts all over the UP System in order to cover all aspects of a pandemic which in turn helped to craft holistic policy recommendations.
COVID-19 FORE-CASTS IN THE PHILIP-PINES: Sub-National Models for NCR and other Select-ed Areas
UP Diliman faculty and OCTA Research publish Forecast Report No. 6 which projects 24,000 cases and 1,700 deaths by June 15 if ECQ is prematurely re-laxed.
Kanlungang Palma opened its doors to COVID-19 cases requiring quarantine on May 11. The DOH has confirmed the es-tablishment as a community quarantine facility under the supervision of the Uni-versity Health Service.

Training for qRT-PCR assays

UPLB continues the Oplan Hatid, coor-dinating the transportation of stranded students to their hometowns in Aurora, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Albay, Lanao del Norte,Surigao del Sur, and La Union
Stranded students were transported to Bacolod City last May 5. Chancellor Babaran outlined how the students must prepare to go home in Memorandum No. RPB 2020-05-055.

Some of the proceeds from Apunan 2019 had been donated by UP Baguio to the Baguio Tourism Council and the Council for Baguio Creative City for the relief of artists, artisans, and creative and cultural workers.
The first episode discussed the support given to artists affected by the enhanced community quarantine; the things that artists can do during these trying times, and the lessons they learned in this health crisis.
