For faster order processing, submit a credit card with first order. Freight Policy All orders over $400.00 will not exceed 10% freight as a part of our 10% freight cap program. For orders under $400.00, we only charge UPS standard rates. We do not charge any handling. Back Orders Back orders under $75.00 will be canceled unless otherwise requested. Full freight charges apply to all back orders, unless otherwise noted by your sales rep or customer service agent. Defective Policy Cuddle Barn offers a 100% customer service policy for defective items. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of order and customer service will handle your claim immediately. Make sure to notify an agent if any portion of the box is delivered damaged. All returned items must be in their original packaging and without a price affixed. A 15% restocking fee apply to all returns that are returned contrary to the claim. If an agent requests the merchandise to be returned, please make sure the product is placed in a good quality carton for safe delivery back to our warehouse.
